INGREDIENTS Salad 7 oz. chopped butter lettuce 2-3 oz. sliced salami, cut into small triangles 1/4 an English cucumber, halved and sliced 2 campari tomatoes, quartered 3 tbsp banana ring peppers 4 oz. mozzarella balls 1/2 cup chickpeas 3 tbsp Trader Joe’s truffle marcona almonds, or plain marcona almonds Dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp dijon 1 tsp apple cider vinegar pinch of oregano pinch of garlic powder salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS First make your dressing by mixing all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, set aside. Combine all of your salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add dressing and mix. Serve immediately and enjoy!
