12 large jalapeño peppers
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish
¼ cup chopped green onion, plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅓ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 big handful potato chips
1.Take seeds out of the peppers, handle them with care and latex gloves.
2. Mix the ingredients with the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic ,onion, cilantro, and cayenne pepper.
3. Crush the potatoe chips and top the jalapeño popper with the crumbs.
4. With an oven heated on 350°F, bake them for 35 minutes or until the jalapeños are starting to brown but are already soft.
